Colbert Cooper Hill Attorneys is seeking an attorney to join our Oklahoma City office. We are looking for an attorney with Social Security Disability experience or comparable legal experience. Attorneys without Social Security Disability experience are encouraged to apply if they are eager to build a practice representing disabled individuals. If you have similar practice skills, then we have attorneys who will mentor you to be a proficient social security disability attorney. The ideal candidate is compassionate, enjoys working closely with clients, and is passionate about helping individuals obtain the disability benefits they deserve. Responsibilities Manage a Social Security Disability caseload. Meet with clients and prepare them for hearings. Draft legal briefs, memoranda, and case analyses. Review medical and vocational evidence. Represent clients before Administrative Law Judges. Utilize the firm’s case management software to efficiently manage files, deadlines, and client communications. Qualifications Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one state, and eligible for admission to practice in Oklahoma. Strong communication, writing, advocacy, and organizational skills. A compassionate, client-centered approach to the practice of law.
