A growing, multi-state defense litigation firm is seeking driven attorneys with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a passion for litigation to join our team in Oklahoma City. We handle complex, high-exposure matters across a diverse range of practice areas, including construction law, healthcare liability, oil & gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of their cases—with a clear path toward hands‑on litigation and trial experience. What We’re Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma Strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience preferred Self-starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills What You’ll Do Manage cases from inception through resolution Handle written discovery, depositions (taking and defending), and motion practice Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Evaluate case strategy, including liability, damages, and exposure Provide timely, thorough reporting and analysis in compliance with client guidelines Trial experience is not required, but candidates with trial experience—or a strong desire to try cases—are highly encouraged to apply.
