Attorney Position
Our client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join the Workers' Compensation Department at the firm's Oklahoma City office.
Applicant should have 1-5 years' experience in Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Law.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail in drafting and case presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced firm environment.
- Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, including risk assessment and strategic recommendations.
- Effective negotiation skills for settlement discussions, mediations, and resolving disputes in pre-litigation and litigation contexts.
