Key Responsibilities

As a key strategist for the firm, you will manage litigation files independently from inception through resolution. This includes:

• Drafting complex pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  
  
• Leading depositions, representing clients in mediations, and making confident court appearances.
  
  
• Maintaining proactive, high-level communication with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated insurance defense litigation experience.
  
  
• Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school and active, good-standing membership with the Oklahoma State Bar .
  
  
• Skills: Exceptional legal writing, strong oral advocacy, and the drive to manage a diverse caseload independently.
