Customer Service Rep

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Customer Service Rep with 1-4 years’ experience working in an Aerospace environment, This a temp-Direct job in WA state.Pay Rate: $22.00 HRPosition SummaryTo provide sales staff support in an efficient and accurate manner. This entails a high level of verbal and written communication with customers, vendors, and staff.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Customer interface via phone or email.Contact manufacturers for pricing.Enter vendor quotes.Enters sales orders, validating entry to customer purchase order.Works open order reports.Follow up on open purchase orders.Answer phones.Assist customers when possible or refers to appropriate sales associate.Assists assigned sales associates with miscellaneous clerical or research tasks.Work with other departments as needed to solve issues.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)High school diploma or equivalent.<2 years aerospace experience.The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.Computer skills, including the use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.Email at a highly proficient level.Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.The ability to organize and prioritize tasks.The ability to work as part of a teamWillingness to continue development to self-enhance personal performance.JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
