This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma, offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation Licensed to practice in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus) Strong litigation and case management skills Base salary: $160,000–$185,000+ (commensurate with experience) + Billable Bonus Medical, dental, and vision (50% premium covered) 401(k) with 2% match Monthly reimbursements: $50 for cell phone and $50 for gym membership Short- and long-term disability coverage Fully remote for candidates residing in TX or OK Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Open to candidates with various legal software experience Interested?
