1st shift Assembler
All-Star Personnel
Job Description Assembly of pool heaters of various sizes. Each Assembler will work within their department to add a piece or pieces to the unit. Will be using hand tools, including power drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. Will need to be able to lift 40-50 lbs occasionally, working in a fast paced work environment to keep up with production. Working around large machines that are fabricating metal pieces and parts. Ability to communicate in English is required. Will be in a loud environment, hearing protection is provided and required. Shift begins promptly at 5:00am.
- Over 5 years staffing experience in industrial, clerical, skilled, and professional staffing
- Background: Recruiter/Staffing coordinator, Director of Recruiting, On-Site Manager
- Additional experience: eEmpACT software, Gorrie-Reagan Attendance On Demand, Kronos, E-Verify, EHX Onboarding, Tennessee New Hire Dayforce HCM
- Experienced in Customer Service, Account Management, Employee On-Boarding, Employee Relations and Workers Compensation Claims
