You will work with real production, operational, and financial data—moving it, modeling it, and making it trustworthy and accessible for the teams who depend on it. You will work alongside high-performing teams, gaining hands-on experience and real accountability from day one. What You'll Do Build and maintain data pipelines that consolidate field, production, land, and financial data into our cloud data platform Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and orchestrate pipelines across Databricks or Snowflake platforms Design data models and curated datasets that feed Power BI reports and dashboards used across the company Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring to keep critical datasets accurate and reliable Document pipelines, data definitions, and processes so others can build on your work Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business users to translate reporting needs into durable data solutions What You'll Gain Real project ownership and accountability from day one Immersion in a high-performance, purpose-driven culture Access to experienced mentors who value curiosity and continuous improvement Opportunities to contribute ideas, challenge the status quo, and drive real impact A collaborative environment where your voice matters and your work is visible Qualifications Who Should Apply Are currently pursuing degrees in computer science, data science, management information systems, engineering, or other applicable majors and have graduation dates of December 2027 or later Bring a growth mindset and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments Embrace challenge, accountability, and honest feedback Want to grow alongside exceptional teammates and contribute to something bigger than themselves Have hands-on experience with SQL and Python and familiarity with cloud data platforms, data modeling, or BI tools Care about data quality and enjoy building things that make other people's work easier #J-18808-Ljbffr
