We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support short-term inventory operations in Holden, Louisiana. This is a Contract position expected to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks, offering a focused opportunity to help maintain accurate stock records and organized materials handling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring inventory data is kept current and reliable.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate counts of materials, supplies, and assets by performing routine inventory checks and reconciling discrepancies.
• Record incoming, stored, and issued items in inventory logs to support reliable tracking and reporting.
• Assist with physical inventory activities, including scheduled counts and year-end stock verification efforts.
• Organize files, records, and inventory documentation so information is easy to retrieve and audit.
• Support assembly line or operational teams by confirming required materials are available when needed.
• Review inventory records for errors and work with team members to resolve quantity or documentation issues.• Experience with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Ability to support asset inventory processes and physical count activities.
• Familiarity with annual inventory procedures and reconciliation practices.
• Comfortable working around assembly line or warehouse-related operations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize files and documentation efficiently.
• Able to follow schedules, complete tasks on time, and work effectively in a short-term assignment.
