job summary:
his role is critical to the success of the PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformation. By aligning stakeholders, mitigating organizational risk, and driving user adoption, the contractor will help ensure a smooth transition while enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organization's long-term HR and workforce strategy

responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand, identify and impact of changes coming

- Responsible for creating a detailed change management plan

- Implements change management strategies and communication plans, ensuring that activities are executed effectively and in a timely manner.

- Presents to stakeholders to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the changes, their purpose, and the expected outcomes.

- Monitors progress of the change initiative

- Identify risks and resistance and work through solutioning and mitigate the risk.

- Take theory and make it applicable

- Collaborate within the workstream leads: CIO and CHRO

readiness plans and execution, pulse survey, feedback mechanisms,

Coordinating Office Hours for end users across the organization

qualifications:
-High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum 9 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management.

-[OR] Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management.
