Business Development Partner

The Opportunity
This is a Greenfield role — no territory restrictions, build your own book of business. We're seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and want to grow into partnership and equity.
Pay is Commission Only
Highlights
- Earn up to 40% of GP per placement at your clients
- Annual bonus opportunities — up to $15K based on performance
- Per-contract bonuses from $500–$5,000
- Equity track available for top performers
- 100% remote
What You'll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships
- Negotiate and secure staffing agreements
- Partner with recruiters to deliver on client needs
- Drive revenue growth and track performance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Sales, BDM, or similar
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Preference for individuals with an existing book of business
