Sales Coordinator – Windows, Doors & Millwork

Atlanta Specialty Millwork and Liteworks Window and Door serve high-end residential and light commercial projects across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast. Atlanta Specialty Millwork supplies interior doors, custom-cut moulding, trim, and columns. Liteworks Window and Door distributes premium windows and doors from lines including Sierra Pacific, Lincoln, Quaker, Western Window Systems, Centor, Trustile.

The role
You’ll be the operational hub between our customers, our sales team, our manufacturers, and our warehouse, across both millwork and window/door orders. You’ll own orders from quote to delivery: entering them accurately, checking every detail, and keeping customers informed. This role suits someone organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure, who likes being the person everyone relies on to get it right.

What you’ll do

• Support outside sales reps by preparing quotes, revisions, and estimates for millwork, windows, and doors from plans and specifications
• Enter customer orders and place purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers accurately and promptly
• Review manufacturer order acknowledgments line by line against quotes and customer approvals, catching errors before production
• Coordinate custom millwork orders, including moulding profiles, interior door configurations, and column specs, with production and suppliers
• Track orders, lead times, and backorders, and keep customers and reps informed proactively
• Coordinate delivery scheduling with the warehouse and customers
• Handle incoming customer calls and emails, including order status, product questions, and quote requests
• Process service and warranty claims with manufacturers and track them through resolution
• Collect deposits and help sales follow up on open balances
• Keep customer, order, and pricing records current in our ERP / order system
• Attend monthly sales meetings

What you bring

• Exceptional attention to detail; you catch the wrong handing, the missing grille, or the wrong moulding profile before it ships
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, reps, and vendors
• Highly organized, able to manage many open orders at once and keep nothing slipping
• Proficient with email, Excel, and business software; quick to learn new systems
• Positive, team-oriented, and professional

Preferred

• 2+ years in sales support, customer service, order entry, or a similar coordinator role
• Experience with millwork, windows, doors, or building materials
• Familiarity with interior trim, moulding profiles, and interior door hardware/prep
• Ability to read architectural plans, window/door schedules, and trim details
• Experience with manufacturer ordering or quoting software
• ERP experience (Spruce, BisTrack, Agility, or similar)
