Sales and Marketing Director – Charter Senior Living of Westchester (New Community Lease-Up)
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay Range: $80,000–$85,000 per year + performance-based bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Independent/Assisted Living & Memory Care

Charter Senior Living of West Chester is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead the lease-up and occupancy growth of our brand-new senior living community.

Lead all pre-opening and ongoing sales and marketing efforts to achieve and maintain full occupancy.
Develop and execute a successful lease-up strategy, including outreach events, referral partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
Build strong relationships with families, healthcare partners, and community organizations.
Manage all inquiries, tours, and follow-ups in a professional, timely, and caring manner.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director and corporate support team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Proven track record of success in senior living sales and marketing , ideally in a lease-up or new community environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet goals.
Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.
Competitive salary ($65,000–$70,000) plus bonus opportunities .
