Are you a people-person who loves talking to homeowners and making great money while youre at it? Pally Roofing is on the hunt for an energetic, driven Sales Representative to grow with our team! Roofing is a highdemand industry, and were looking for someone excited to help customers while earning serious commission potential.

What Youll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners and help them find the right roofing solution
• Inspect roofs and explain our services in a clear, friendly way
• Follow up on warm leads and generate new opportunities
• Build trust, close deals, and celebrate wins
• Work with our crew to ensure every project goes smoothly

What Were Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Sales experience is greatbut were happy to train the right person
• Comfortable meeting people facetoface and knocking on doors
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Motivated, goaloriented, and ready to hustle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80 - $150K + per year

2-3 Weeks Paid Training
