HR Recruiter
Locals only. The temps will work remotely, but they should live in Connecticut.
Hartford Healthcare is seeking 2 temps to assist our busy HR team. This contract is estimated to run through the end of June 2026.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required.
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Clinical recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high volume of open requisitions.
- Experience with high volume Applicant Tracking Systems, e.g Taleo Enterprise, strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform resume and application review, phone screening of qualified applicants and scheduling with assigned departments.
- Partners with assigned Talent Acquisition team members.
- Demonstrates the Hartford Healthcare values: Caring, Excellence, Safety, Equity, and Integrity.
- Maintains up to date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
