Business Analyst (Digital Product) Concord CA or San Leandro CAIn this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Qualifications:5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.This position is for a digital product analyst who is responsible for the following:Maintain the product backlog and groom it to maximize the value these activities deliverWrite user stories, features and Epics in JIRADocument requirements, process flow and business rules.Transparent communication to upper management.Excellent critical thinking skillsSelf-Starter and flexible in taking stretch assignmentsExcellent communication skillsAgile experience is highly recommendedAdditional Skills:5 plus years of Business analyst or product analyst experience5 plus years of Agile and JIRA experience
