As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician who wants to be part of building something special. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys helping develop less experienced technicians. The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions‑oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting a positive team culture. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue growing our service department. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Perform maintenance and system tune‑ups. Explain repair options clearly and honestly to homeowners. Recommend repairs and system replacements when appropriate. Maintain accurate job documentation using our software. Mentor and support junior technicians when needed. Follow company procedures and safety standards. Participate in on‑call rotations. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA Universal Certification. Valid driver's license. Clean driving and criminal record. Ability to pass drug and background screening. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air conditioning systems. Standard technician tools. Ability to lift 100lbs. and climb ladders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and team‑first mindset. Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience selling maintenance agreements and indoor air quality solutions. Leadership or mentoring experience. Familiarity with ServiceTitan.
