This role supports credit underwriting and monitoring for new and existing clients in partnership with the credit team. The position handles independent management of transactions or portfolios of limited to moderate complexity, completing and reviewing credit analysis, evaluating risks, and producing financial analysis. Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of clients supporting underwriting and/or monitoring requirements with limited to moderate complexity Works independently with Relationship Management and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirements Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry and economic analyses to support loan decision‑making Reviews work of junior teammates to provide feedback and coaching, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policy procedures Has credit approval authority for certain credit actions Leads loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation with internal and external legal partners Skills Attention to Detail Credit and Risk Assessment Financial Analysis Underwriting Written Communications Analytical Thinking Credit Documentation Requirements Financial Forecasting and Modeling Recording/Organizing Information Business Acumen Collaboration Collateral Management Loan Structuring Prioritization Required Qualifications 3+ years of solid experience in Commercial Banking (Middle Market or Large Corporate or Leveraged Finance) underwriting, performing financial analysis, structuring, and portfolio management Strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling, and loan structuring Desired Qualifications Participate with RM or COs to negotiate Credit Agreements & loan documents, as needed Be knowledgeable of the closing process & timeline for all types of loans (including real estate, revolvers, etc.) BA/BS degree Work Schedule 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 hours per week Compensation Pay range: $88,000.00 - $187,500.00 annually, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
