Join Our Team in Advancing Women's Pelvic Health

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic board-certified Urogynecologist to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. This role involves thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic floor disorders, which include issues related to the female pelvic organs and the supportive muscles and connective tissues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative medical and surgical interventions that enhance health, functionality, and overall quality of life.

• Utilize surgical techniques, which may encompass vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted methods, to address urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, and other pelvic floor conditions.

• Serve as a referral source across the metropolitan area and surrounding regions, receiving direct referrals from a group of 12 obstetricians and gynecologists sharing office space.

• Conduct in-office procedures such as cystoscopy, urodynamics, and Botox treatments.

• Engage with patients to collaboratively enhance their health and well-being.

• Utilize Excellian, our electronic medical record system from Epic, recognized as one of the most comprehensive in the nation.

• Participate in occasional on-call coverage as needed.

• Doctoral or Ph.D. level advanced degree in Medicine (MD), Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or an equivalent from an accredited medical institution.

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in Urogynecology.

• MD, DO, or equivalent training is required.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urogynecology by ABMS or AOA is necessary.

• Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology is mandatory.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in Minnesota (or the ability to obtain one).

• Capability to secure and maintain Minnesota DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).

• Must meet the criteria for credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.

• BLS certification is required, with at least one of the following:

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross.
  • Completion of in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire.

• Become part of a growing Urogynecology practice with a team of seven clinicians.

• Receive dedicated support from 2.5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for each physician.

• Major procedures will be conducted at a leading hospital, while minor procedures will take place at an outpatient surgery center.

• Access APP support for urodynamics.

• Collaborate with various specialties within the health system, including Colorectal, OB/GYN, PFPT, and Urology.
