The Role:

• Location: Minneapolis, MN - Multiple clinic locations including Eden Prairie Clinic (775 Prairie Center Dr, Eden Prairie, MN 55344) - Biggest Need; Greenway Clinic (3270 W Lake St, Minneapolis, MN 55416); East Lake Street Clinic (3024 Snelling Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406); Bloomington Clinic (7920 Old Cedar Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55425).
• Assignment duration: 11/16/2026 - 5/3/2027
• Number of Positions: 2
• Shift Type: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 03:30). Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: Possibility of overnight (7pm to 7am) or weekend call (7am-7am). Call can be 12hr or 24hr shifts.
• Practice Setting: Clinic; Hospital (call shifts)
• Patients per day: 18-22
• Support staff: 1:1 Clinical Assistant (medical assistant or LPN); RNs on site (with exception of Greenway). Providers will collaborate with midwives; team includes 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Skills required: General clinic experience; LARC insertion, Colposcopy, Endometrial Biopsy, LEEP.
• EMR: EPIC (experience preferred, not required)
• Board Certification: Required
• License: MN License required
• DEA: Required
• Minimum experience required: 1 year
• OT: $1.5x normal rate
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
