OB/GYN Opportunity in The Twin Cities, Minnesota Partnership Track 1:7 Home Call ASC-Based Surgery

Practice Overview

Join an established women's health team adding an OB/GYN due to growth
Employed position with partnership track available
Full-scope OB/GYN practice
Most surgical procedures performed in an ambulatory surgery center
Opportunity to build a long-term practice within a growing organization

Schedule & Call

1:7 call rotation
Home call with a 30-minute response time
Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
Mix of clinic and OR time
ASC-based surgical workflow
Schedule flexibility based on experience and clinical interests

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives
Negotiable sign-on bonus
Malpractice coverage with tail included
Comprehensive medical benefits
$5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Comfortable with full-scope OB/GYN practice
Interest in a long-term opportunity with partnership potential
