The Work:Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:Engage with senior client Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentationsArchitect e2e Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutionsClearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsWhat You Need: Minimum of 7 years experience as a SAP Functional Solution Architect and Process Integration Lead, with extensive functional and technical knowledge of Finance processes for the Life Sciences IndustryMinimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Life Sciences clients and/or Industry (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)Minimum of 4 years experience with SAP Finance Integrations with other cross-functional areas.At least 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Sciences projects or clientsExperience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Supply Chain areaPrior experience in an Advisory/Consulting roleBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 12 years of work experience).
