About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Defined Contribution to join their RIA & Family Office Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing the company's defined contribution strategy, with a focus on expanding the adoption of private markets within retirement-oriented investment programs. This role demands a highly collaborative professional who can serve as a relationship manager, strategic partner, and subject matter expert across the defined contribution landscape. Key responsibilities include supporting the defined contribution strategy, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering educational content on retirement investing and alternative investments. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams to advance strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in defined contribution or retirement consulting, with a strong understanding of the defined contribution landscape. Experience working with RIAs, family offices, retirement advisors, consultants, recordkeepers, or wealth management platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management and business development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives. Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management processes is required, and knowledge of alternative investments, private markets, and professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, CFP, CIMA, QKS, AIF, or similar credentials is preferred.
