Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, providers, and colleagues.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.

Ability to learn new systems, processes, and insurance-related information quickly.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, healthcare, insurance, medical assistance, travel assistance, or call center operations.

Experience working with medical providers, health insurance claims, billing, case management, or healthcare coordination.

Familiarity with international assistance or insurance industry operations.

Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish and/or Portuguese.

What We Offer

Salary: $48k-$52k
