Job Title: Executive Assistant

Clearance Requirement: Active SECRET or higher - Candidates without an ACTIVE clearance will not be considered

Location: Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Pay: $25-45/hr depending on years of experience

Must-haves:

3+ years of experience within the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)

Experience within Executive Administration primarily in the DoD or Air Force program

Calendar Management, Scheduling Meetings, Note-taking, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and SAP eligible

Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT)

Plusses:

Bachelors Degree

Previous Air Force enlisting or Active Duty

Active TS Clearance

Previous SAP experience

Experience with Jira/Confluence

Insight Global is seeking a Secret‑Cleared Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base. In this role, you will provide high‑level administrative support to a senior government customer within a major defensive weaponry program. Responsibilities include managing complex executive calendars, preparing and coordinating meetings, developing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations for senior leadership. In addition to executive support, you will assist with project management tasks such as scoping and clarifying meeting requests, consolidating calendar inputs into well‑structured agendas, and taking on higher‑level responsibilities as they are transitioned to you. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment while balancing both administrative and project‑focused duties.
