Position Overview

Looking for a job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Receptionist - Team Member.

We are looking for a self-motivated person that is looking for a career with educational and advancement opportunities. Someone that can start at entry level but who learns quickly and would rise up for more challenging roles. At entry level you would be answering phones and doing minor customer service work. As time goes on there are various licenses you can achieve and your income would increase accordingly.

Responsibilities

Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties include fielding telephone calls, taking payments and light customer service tasks. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:

• File paperwork
• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Update policyholders contact information such as phone number and email address
• Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
• Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on cell phone.
• Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
• Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
