Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles serving elementary students
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff, families, and administrators
• Enthusiastic, coachable, and self-driven personality ready to learn and adapt to school protocols
• Must be highly responsive to communication and requirements within the school setting
• Proficiency in designing and implementing speech and language therapy for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document progress, maintaining compliance with all school and state guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support and optimal outcomes for every child
• Monitor response to intervention and adjust strategies based on student progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
