This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment in Visalia, California. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, laboratory personnel, and radiology staff to facilitate daily clinical operations.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Visalia, California, working Monday through Friday on a 36 or 40-hour work week with a 5x8 or 4x9 schedule. The expected caseload is 18-24 patients per day depending on schedule, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of chronic conditions, wellness checks, and physicals. The schedule includes one weeknight shift per week with an end time of 7:00 PM and one Saturday shift per month. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
