Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Registered Nurse (RN)
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active state license or compact license as a Registered Nurse.
- New graduates are welcome to apply but should be prepared to start with a slightly adjusted compensation structure.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity requirements to maintain consistent performance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
