We are looking for motivated individuals who want to begin a career in real estate through a guided pre-licensing program while preparing to earn rewarding commissions after becoming licensed. As you complete your state-required pre-licensing education, you will gain exposure to the skills that drive a successful real estate business. You will learn the fundamentals of lead generation, client communication, relationship building, time management, and business development while developing productive habits that position you for success after obtaining your license. You will be surrounded by experienced real estate professionals who provide coaching, accountability, and practical guidance throughout the process. The goal is to help you complete your licensing requirements, build confidence, and transition into production with the knowledge and support needed to begin generating business as quickly as possible. • Intern with teams or agents when possible
• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
• Learn sales talk and scripts
• Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
• Misc. activities as needed
• Complete the required state pre-licensing coursework
• Participate in coaching sessions, office training, and skill development
• Learn lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building strategies
• Develop communication and time management skills through structured training
• Prepare to transition into an active real estate career upon licensure Qualifications • Sales experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High School education, college preferred
• Passing real estate school
• Commission opportunity
• Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
• Effective communicator
• Driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Self-motivated with dependable organizational skills
