Mark's Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our commercial cleaning business throughout Northeast Ohio. If you enjoy building relationships, meeting new people, and creating opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable prospecting for new business. Previous sales experience is preferred, and experience in the commercial cleaning or facility services industry is a plus.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work independently while collaborating with management and operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (B2B sales is a plus)
• Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
