Pay Range: $18.50 $20.00 per hour depending upon experience

Shift: M-F: 2 p.m. 10 p.m.

What's a typical day as Logistics Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

• Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers by taking orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative sales
• Explaining services and benefits to customers to assist with procurement of capacity and generating business leads for the sales organization
• Supporting new and existing customer accounts to foster business development
• Creating orders, procuring loads, negotiating rates, and resolving freight-related issues
• Updating customers regarding shipments via phone, email, and web-based channels
• Facilitating effective communication with owner operators or outside agents to deliver cost-effective shipment solutions
• Maintaining accuracy in order documentation and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time performance
• Suggesting process improvements for continuous operational excellence

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Bring two years of industry (logistics and transportation) experience
• Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Are a strong communicatorboth written and verbalwith great customer service and professional phone etiquette

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and active listening skills
