Accountable for P&L elements or direct financial results, forecast accuracy, and value realization from initiatives. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Demonstrate advanced expertise in strategic leadership and communication, setting direction for financial product portfolios and aligning teams to achieve revenue and retention goals. Exhibit proficiency in end‑to‑end ownership of product outcomes, managing the customer lifecycle from discovery to expansion while ensuring compliance and value realization. Leverage advanced skills in market analysis to evaluate competitive dynamics and regulatory signals, guiding product positioning and investment strategies. 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial product management, including leading cross‑functional teams and driving innovative solutions in a dynamic financial environment.
