Start Date: 01/26/2026

Shift: 3x12s Nights

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Unit & Hospital Details

Beds: 24 beds (expandable up to 32)
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
Intensivist available 7 AM 5 PM, on-call after hours
EMR: Cerner (required)
Weekends: Every other weekend or minimum 4 shifts per 4-week block
Scrubs: Navy blue only (undershirts navy/white/black)

Clinical & Patient Details

Basic EKG test during orientation (advanced testing for critical care RNs)
Cardiac & vasoactive drips, procedural sedation, rapid responses
Typical diagnoses: Respiratory failure, Sepsis, AMI, ARDS, GI bleed, CABG, TAVR, Impella, Vascular & Neuro surgeries, CVA
Neuro ICU additions and increased neuro cases neuro background preferred
IABP, CRRT, ICP not required but preferred
