Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301

Hourly Pay: $60/hr

Shifts: Days & Nights Available

Shift Lengths: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment in Bakersfield, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients

Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment

Manage ventilators, drips, and advanced ICU equipment

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members

Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient status

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU experience

BLS and ACLS required

Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
