Executive Sourcing & Recruiting Manager

DescriptionKforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an Executive Sourcing & Recruiting Manager to lead strategic talent sourcing initiatives and build pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and business leaders to identify top talent, provide market intelligence, and develop sourcing strategies that support workforce planning and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates* Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple functions and markets* Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence* Utilize sourcing tools, social media, referrals, networking, and professional associations to identify qualified candidates* Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and talent challenges* Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting strategies* Engage and qualify candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building* Support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives* Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and recruiting performance data* Participate in process improvement and talent acquisition projectsRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 3+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search experience* Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines* Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:* Agency recruiting or executive search experience* Experience supporting professional services, corporate, finance, or technology organizations* Experience with talent intelligence and workforce planning* Experience mentoring recruiters or sourcing team membersKey Skills:* Talent Sourcing* Talent Acquisition* Recruiting Strategy* Candidate Engagement* Talent Mapping* Market Intelligence* Workforce Planning* Pipeline Development* LinkedIn Recruiter* ATS Systems* Stakeholder Management* Relationship Building* Recruitment Analytics* Executive Search Support* Provide your feedback on BizChatJob TypeContractCompensation46 - $66
