Full Job Description Duties Lead roofing repair projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Supervise and coordinate roofing cleaning operations, including debris removal, moss treatment, and surface preparation. Utilize hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other equipment to perform repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks efficiently. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately assess project requirements. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for roofing repair, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support project needs. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Experience Proven experience in construction with a focus on roofing or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or remodeling. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal roofs, or flat roof membranes. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and fabrication equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Prior experience leading or supervising construction teams on-site. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Knowledge of safety practices related to heavy lifting, working at heights, and hazardous materials handling.
