Lead Paint Cleaning Technician

Shifts Monday-Friday (3:00pm-11:30pm) Job Duties Supervise, train, and mentor technicians in both painting and cleaning tasks. Ensure all staff follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Motivate and resolve conflicts within the team. Plan and manage work schedules to optimize productivity and meet deadlines. Coordinate between painting and cleaning crews to ensure seamless workflow. Adjust schedules based on project demands and resource availability. Inspect and approve all painting and cleaning work to meet specifications. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Document work progress, issues, and corrective actions for management review. Requirements Understanding of paint systems, stripping methods, and surface preparation techniques. Ability to use hand tools, power strippers, sanders, and chemical applicators. Precision in cleaning to avoid damaging underlying surfaces. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate equipment safely. Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and clients to ensure project success.
