Director of Strategic Partnerships
\nPart-time, hybrid, New York, NY
\nPandaGuarantee is looking for an exceptional relationship builder to grow partnerships with New York's largest apartment owners.
\nLandlords turn away thousands of good renters every year over income rules and missing guarantors. We guarantee those leases. We intend to become the standard way leases are guaranteed in New York, and then in every major American city.

- Easy: nothing to install, and a leasing team can start the same day. \n
- Fast: renters are approved the same day, so units fill sooner. \n
- Free: the renter pays for the coverage. \n
- Safe: every renter is still vetted, and claims are paid fast. \n
The job
\nWin owners and property managers who run 500 units or more. Reach the people who set leasing policy, close the agreement, and get their teams using us.
\nYou must have
\n- \n
- A record of closing partnerships that produced real revenue. \n
- The ability to take an owner from first meeting to live applications in weeks. \n
- Clear writing and speaking, in front of a leasing director or a principal. \n
- Great relationships in NYC real estate. \n
- A bachelor's degree. \n
Relationships with New York owners and operators are a strong plus.
