About the Role We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple NYSDOT projects. This position will take full ownership of site execution - managing crews, subcontractors, and daily operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification. This is a key hire for the business, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to play a leading role across a strong pipeline of public works projects throughout the region.
