Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and industrial roofing projects from initial award to final closeout in Wappingers Falls .
- Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries while monitoring quality and safety standards.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout procedures with precision.

- Mentor and support field staff to uphold company standards and project expectations.
