Foster and strengthen retail banking customer relationships and resolve basic to moderately complex customer issues/concerns. Coordinate sales efforts, retail, and business relationship management activities across lines of business (Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management, Wealth Management). Act as the customer's personal banker, leveraging the bank's Contact Management philosophy to strengthen relationships and offer products/services that meet customer needs. Execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management. Cross-sell products and services and perform related clerical functions, such as account and customer maintenance. Originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts, including Retail Deposit Accounts, Digital Products and Services, and Small Business Deposit Accounts. Address a variety of customer inquiries and complete transactions promptly and accurately within designated authority (in person, by phone, virtually, or digitally). Act as advocate of digital product adoption for customers and provide internal support for branch associates. Assist Branch Management with daily Branch Operations duties such as generating reports and gathering data. Complete ongoing product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services and sales-oriented training to sustain broad product, service, and sales knowledge. Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank’s compliance requirements, risk management concepts, policies and procedures. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected. Other duties as assigned. Schedule The role requires travel between the Middle Tennessee offices for coverage as needed. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Home office location: Spring Hill or Nolensville. Office locations to be covered: Cool Springs, Spring Hill, and Nolensville.
