Senior Transaction and Financial Reporting Consultant (Hybrid) Our Vaco Nashville team is partnering with a healthcare company looking to bring on a Senior Financial Reporting consultant to support their internal financial reporting team (PE Backed) on transaction support. This offers a hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days in-office in Franklin, TN. Base pay range $75.00/hr - $90.00/hr Responsibilities Audit workpaper preparation Financial reporting Roll forwards Purchase accounting Memo preparation Other transaction support tasks (acquisition side) Requirements MUST be local to greater Nashville, available to be on-site 2-3 days/week Proven experience in public accounting/audit, Big 4 preferred Adept with technical accounting procedures such as purchase accounting and/or memo preparation Proven experience with financial reporting (whether through public accounting and/or industry experience) Healthcare experience and/or industry M&A experience is highly preferred Readily available and willingness to commit for 2+ months Employment type Contract Job function Accounting/Auditing Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) This is an interim/contract position to start, yielding 40 hours/week.
