Retirement Plan Administration Consultant

We empower our team members to take ownership, think critically, and drive solutions that create meaningful value for our clients and colleagues.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant who is passionate about client service, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the success of our clients’ retirement plans and the participants they serve. What you will do: Review and perform compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plans.Calculate employer contributions.Deliver testing results and year end packages to clients. Ensure compliance corrections are completed timely and 5500s are filed timely.Track data received/not received from clients and follow up accordingly.Work with clients, advisors and other internal teams to resolve compliance issues.Consult on plan design.What you need to have:At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experience.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a growing, dynamic organization.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Experience calculating profit-sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methods not required but is a plus.Retirement industry designations such as QKA are a plus.About UsWhat we give you in return:Not many teams can say that they support people’s dreams coming to life.
