Payroll Administrator

Position Overview The Senior Payroll Administrator ensures the efficient and precise execution of payroll operations for all employees and associated entities. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including payroll processing, tax compliance, management of garnishments, adherence to union regulations, employment verification, report generation, and handling unemployment claims. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Oversee and execute the accurate processing of weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles. Tax Filing: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including timely filing and remittance. Garnishment Management: Administer and manage all garnishment orders and related deductions. Union Compliance: Maintain adherence to union agreements and regulations in payroll matters. Employment Verifications: Conduct and manage employment verification processes as required. Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll-related reports to management and other stakeholders.
