Student Creative Admin – Berklee College of Music We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented student to support the Communications and Marketing team through organization, asset management, and day-to-day production needs. Responsibilities Manage Mediagraph, Berklee’s digital asset management system: organize and maintain photo collections, create selects for projects, generate image links for emails and campaigns, and ensure accurate metadata. Assist with creative production tasks such as TV slide collateral, templated one-sheets, resizing and formatting images, and linking assets for email communications. Use Asana and collaborate with designers, photographers, and social media staff. Support photo library curation in Mediagraph: provide notes, context, captions, upload finished files to shared Google Drive, and assist with tagging/keywording. Qualifications Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee, enrolled at least half-time, with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA (first semester students exempt). Valid U.S. Social Security Number and maintain appropriate visa status if applicable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, with a flexible schedule. Own laptop and able to work onsite at 855 Boylston St. Preferred Qualifications Enrolled at Berklee during the summer session. Familiar with Asana, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Graphic design skills, eye for photography and composition, understanding of metadata and asset management. Compensation & Hours Hourly rate: $16.97. Work hours: Up to 10 hours per week (varies depending on availability and opportunities). Reports to: Art Director.
