Real Estate Agent - AI-Powered Operations Platform

You've built a solid 15–20 deal per year business through relationships and hustle, but you're still managing leads in spreadsheets, scheduling in your calendar, and writing follow-up emails by hand. Your current brokerage runs on legacy systems—or no systems at all. Every hour you spend on back-office work is an hour you're not selling. The technology gap is costing you deals to younger agents who've automated what you're doing manually, and your conversion rate is starting to slip because you're stretched too thin.

Frontgate's integrated tech stack (Compass CRM, Brokerkit, BrokerBoost AI lead routing, in-house content studio) automates your entire operation, reclaiming 5–10 hours per week so you can focus exclusively on closing high-value transactions.

Why Join Frontgate Real Estate?

• Integrated AI & Automation Stack: Access Compass, BrokerKit CRM with intelligent lead routing via BrokerBoost, and automated content distribution—eliminating manual data entry, lead qualification delays, and follow-up friction so your pipeline runs 24/7 without your direct intervention.

• Plugged-In Onboarding: Complete 'Matrix' setup in your first week: Google Workspace, full CRM training, lead intake automation, and mobile access to all tools, so you transition from legacy systems to cutting-edge operations immediately.

• In-House Content Studio: Shoot natural, 'guerrilla-style' video and podcast segments in our studio rather than paying videographers or struggling with DIY production, leveraging our content team's expertise to build your digital authority.

• Elite Peer Network: Operate within a brokerage where the average agent is tech-forward and metrics-driven. Peer learning on platform optimization, automation workflows, and AI application compounds your own operational advantage.

The biggest producer advantage isn't talent anymore—it's the technology that makes you unstoppable. We've built the platform; you execute at a completely different scale. Apply today.
