Sales Representative - Uniform

Location: San Jose, CA, US 95020 Requisition Number: 228423 Job Description We’re looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. In this B2B role, you’ll present our work apparel solutions, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services. You’ll use our Sales Training Program to develop skills in cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory, using CRM to identify and close new business while consistently achieving weekly sales goals and quotas. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business leads within assigned territory. Qualify leads and move opportunities through the sales cycle. Use CRM to track activities, forecast sales, and meet quotas. Deliver product demonstrations and negotiate contracts with customers. Maintain customer relationships and provide follow‑up service. Skills & Qualifications Required High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1+ year of sales experience, preferably B2B. Prior experience in an outside sales or similar role. Compensation The total compensation range for this role is approximately $70,304 – $150,000 per year, consisting of base salary plus earned commissions.
