Branch Call Support Consultant

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a Branch Call Support Consultant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide real-time support to branches and customers via phone
• Handle high-volume inbound calls, including escalations
• Investigate and resolve account and operational issues
• Partner with internal teams to drive resolutions
• Document interactions clearly and accurately
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in a call center or banking environment
• Strong ability to manage escalated or sensitive customer situations
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort using multiple systems and technology tools
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Sound judgment when handling confidential information

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
