What You'll Do

Guide customers through the vehicle buying process

Convert internet leads into appointments, showroom visits, and vehicle sales

Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Learn a modern automotive sales process designed to maximize customer satisfaction and closing opportunities

Demonstrate vehicle technology, safety, performance, and features with confidence

Respond quickly and professionally to internet inquiries, phone calls, text messages, and showroom guests

Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM and dealership communication tools

Deliver a transparent and unique customer-focused experience from initial contact to delivery
